1997	06.27 Joined the Korean Federation of Science and Technology Societies (KOFST)
1995	09.02 Registered as a non-profit public organization at the Ministry of Science & Technology (MOST)
1993	08.16 Promotion meeting held for the establishment of the Association of Korean Woman Scientists and Engineers (KWSE) 09.20 KWSE founded

* INWES is a worldwide network of women in science and engineering from more than 60 countries. KWSE has been member organization of the Board of Directors since 2005, and has produced the 3rd & 4th Presidents of INWES.
