INWES is global network which involved 250,000 women scientist and engineers around 60 countries. KWSE is one of the main organization to participate actively in INWES. The International Conference of Women Engineers and Scientists (ICWES) is an international academic conference hosted by INWES every three years. The conference aims to promote networking among women scientists and engineers around the world and exchange information on research, education, and policy in the areas of science and engineering.
