Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI), Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science (KRISS), Korea Institute
of Machinery Materials (KIMM) and Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI) are located in Daejeon with 19
universities, 400 private R&D centers. 15% of the total national R D investment has been made to Daejeon.

35,000 talented graduates are from 19 Universities, including Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology
